Up for bid is a very rare Diopside gem from Sri Lanka
!  This oval gem measures 5.6mm X 4.15mm and weighs 0.53cts. Diopside is well known for the dark emerald green color from Russia, but lesser known, and far more rare, are diopside gems in other colors- such as this light greenish yellow gem Ceylon Diopside! This stone is all natural and untreated, and has mild fluorescence under a black light!
