Made of metal and has what appears to be a glass face

Condition.  Thermometer was removed from a barn where it had hung for many years.  Thermometer shows honest wear from use, age and years of display.  Wear includes scratches, rubs, scuffs, marks, patina, loss of paint, dings, fleabites on glass and surface rust.  Thermometer does
NOT keep accurate temperature,
runs at least 10 degrees hotter than it should.  I believe this is due to the metal coil on the back having surface rust on it but am not 100% sure, see picture number 12.  There are a few tiny fleabites/nicks to glass face, worst is pointed to in picture number 8.  Inner glass needs cleaned as there are specs of dirt/dust inside, see picture number 9.  Metal screw heads are rusty, see picture number 11.  Painted graphics are in very nice condition and display well.  Should look much better once the inside of the glass is cleaned.  Overall still a nice looking and hard to find Seed Collectible despite the mentioned flaws.  Please review all photos and judge for yourself.  Use
