~EXTREMELY RARE SIGN~
This is a Large storefront advertising sign from the Schwitzer-Cummins Co. Indianapolis.
I have only seen Stokol flange signs in the past. This is a Large Thin Tintype sign. The sign originally had a wood frame on the back of it but I removed those wood pieces because they were broken and needed so much repair that it just made more sense to remove the wood pieces to allow the new owner to simply nail the sign to a wall or remake a new wood frame for the sign. This sign dates back to the late 30's or early 40's. It is a true original sign and the graphics and colors are wonderful. Obviously there is some minor wear due to age. The sign measures approximately 5 feet wide and 4 feet tall.
