Vintage "Welcome To The Motor City" Banner Sign Art Deco Winged-Wheel 1930s 40s

Rare
"Welcome To The Motor City"
cloth banner.
Has great color and the iconic art deco winged-wheel logo.
Said to have been made by the former Evans Flag & Decorating of Terre Haute, IN. (from a Terre Haute estate).
Likely from the 1930's or 40's.
Measures at approx. 35"x46".
Thin fabric cloth (feels linen like) that has the zig-zag cut at top & bottom and swallow-tail shaped bottom.
Letters are screen printed onto the fabric.
No grommets.
Single sided.
In overall very nice condition with some age and usage wear:
tack/nail holes
at the top left & right corners,
some minor small holes and fabric wear
here and there, wrinkled fabric, a few creases/cracks in the lettering.
Banner will ship rolled up (see last photo).
